Abiru, a friend of Erika now in hot water for defending her This is what you get for trying to defend Erika. Abiru Yuu, atalented actress and close friend of Erika, said in a very clearstatement how she felt about the harsh words towards Erika on TV and inthe Internet (in places like 2ch) and now they are bringing up an oldscandal of her to counterattack.
The Fuji evening paper later commented that Abiru’s comment has been more than thoughtlessly, confronting a huge enemy. The net soon is filled with counterattacks, asking her “how she cansay that attitude isn’t the problem, when she doesn’t even know thereason herself.” and things like that. On 2ch the users didn’t stopwriting about the speech of Abiru and soon became a popular topic. Entertainment critics also say that it was very foolish of her tocomment on a delicate matter like this and newspapers commenting like“Who does she think she is?” or “Did she learn nothing from her ownscandal and the uproar of the public back then?”. All her recent efforts like the marathon she attended, her mook andthe new movie seem to be worthless already. The media event wants areal explanation about the thievery scandal and not just an apologylike 2years ago. Let’s hope that this won’t affect her career that much. After allshe seems to be a good friend of Erika and even tried to defend her inpublic, even thought she could have done it in a more careful way..
