Audition is a setup, 1st part (for some reason) she says she has small ears, guys at other table are telling the fake judges to irritate her, but she's just finding everything funny
2nd part, after she started talking they send in a woman who makes an ugly scene complaining about why she wasn't chosen. Fake security pulls her out and the judge says shes a troublemaker but erika speaks up for her like how she really has courage to do such a thing, which she probably will never be able to do.
